The meeting is open to complete beginners, and those with previous knowledge and experience of non-duality.

About Traditional Non-duality

The non-dual view is that beyond the differences we see through our senses, there is oneness and wholeness.

This is our true Self, the real meaning of 'I am'.

It may be known in direct experience, through meditation and the other traditional practices.

This discovery brings fulfilment and freedom from fear, and the capacity to share them with others.

About this Event

Complete beginners and experienced seekers are all welcome

Learn about non-duality, deepen your understanding

A chance to hear and think about essential questions like:

- If non-duality offers solutions to unhappiness and fear, how do I live it?

- What does it mean for my work? My relationships? My desires?

- How can Non-duality help me now?

- How to practise meditation?

Afterwards, stay in touch and to continue the study and practice, if you wish.
