In this session:
A non-dual meditation session with an introduction on:
How is meditation done?
What is the best way to meditate?
Is there a right way for me personally?
Are there basics and foundations of meditation and if so what are they?
These questions will be thought about so that we can do our meditations confidently and benefit fully from them.
After the introduction there will be a full guided session with a set of practices we can take up regularly for ourselves.
The whole session will be presented by the Warden of Shanti Sadan, school of non-duality.

The meeting is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
